How to add a job and find matching profiles

Who can add positions and search suitables profiles for them?

Both clients and company administrators can add job positions. Clients can add jobs from their UI, whilst administrators can add job positions on behalf of all clients.

Only company staff can search for suitable profiles and/or send suitable profiles to the company clients.

Before you start – how to add a client?

To add a client, click on the “Clients” menu and then click the “Add Client” button on the top right.

A pop-up window will appear with the following fields: “Company Name”, “Account Manager”, “Country”, “Client Status”, “Admin name” and “Admin Email”.

Press “Save”. You have successfully added a client!

How to add a job position?

  1. Go the to “Clients” option from the menuclients
  2. There are two ways a user can add positions. From the “Job Requests” menu option or from the individual client profile.

    2.1. Select the Job Requests menu optionjob requests
    2.2. Press the “Create new” button

    2.3. A pop-up window will appear. You can now fill in all necessary details about the position, including:

    a. Client – choose a client from your company to associate with the job position
    b. Job Type there are 2 job types: Full-Time and Contractor
    c. Profile Forward Type Manually Forward or Automatically Forward
    d. Position
    e. Choose Geographic Locations user can select multiple countries for which the job is relevant
    f.  About the company
    g. About the job
    h. About the candidate
     i. Requirements
    j. Additional benefits
    k. Mandatory skills
    – optional field where the user chooses a mandatory skill from a drop down menu. There is no limit to the number of skills that can be added
     i. Nice to have – optional field where the user chooses “nice to have” skills from a drop down menu. There is no limit to the number of skills that can be added

    2.4. Press Save. You have successfully added a position.

    2.5. Adding a job position from an individual client profile.

    2.5.1. Go to the “Client” option from the menu

    2.5.2. Select the “Accounts” menu option

    2.5.3. Choose a client from the list

    2.5.4. From the secondary side menu of the client select the “Job Opportunities” option

    2.5.5. Repeat the steps from 2.2 and 2.3

    2.5.6. Press Save. You have successfully added a position.Position

Who can search for matching profiles?

Only the company admin has the right to search for suitable profiles for a job position!

How to find suitable profiles for a job position?

  1. Click on the newly created job profile
  2. Scroll down a bit on the job page. You will find a “Find a Match” banner that has two buttons: “Find a Match” and “Send Profiles”

    2.1. Press “Find a Match”

    2.2. Scroll past the job detail section until you get to the  “PROFILES THAT FIT YOUR SEARCH”. The user has the option to filter the results in various waysprofiles that fit

    2.3. A list of your company employees, partner employees and candidates is presented. The people are ranked based on their score (0-100) denoting their suitability for a specific job description.

    2.4. Press “Send to Client

    2.5. A pop-up window will appear with the option listed bellow:
    – The user can search for another suitable profile
    – Add a note to send request
    – C
    heckbox if you want to notify your company client about the response

  3. Press “Send”. You have successfully sent the profile that fits the open job position
